Nearly 10 years of experience as an Online Marketing professional. I've been speaking internationally for nearly half that amount of time. I've worked in several different verticals, including Financial Services, B2B Lead Generation, and in the Commerce/Retail sectors.
Most recently, after working on the client side for many years, I've decided to change the professional paradigm and transition to an agency.
My knowledge of Analytics is constantly changing, but what remains true is the belief in the integration of analytics as a platform that sits at that very epicenter of any prosperous organization.
My goal is to continually optimize the online channel through every customer interaction and to monetize every click, page view and transaction as both a necessary marketing and business exercise.
Marketing 'seems' simple and yet its importance is either misunderstood or improperly executed. The art of conversion begins with subtle persuasion and that influence CAN be measured, but I am still amazed at the most critical flaw; how can one measure influence without control groups and how can you take credit for conversion without profit?
