Freelance Website Designer and Developer
United Kingdom
A professional since 1999, i've worked for numerous agencies for clients large and small.
In 2007 I formed my own tiny studio called SWOO to cater for the design and development requirements of local SMEs, as well as to pursue my own ideas based upon the online marketplace.
My goal at present is to turn SWOO into a full service design and development house by opening a small office from which to conduct business, although at the moment I am currently building a client and contact network while establishing myself.

January 2007 — Present (1 year 7 months)
SWOO is the freelance studio of Steven Woods, a website design & development expert based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK.
It was formed in 2007 to provide professional affordable design and development services to small businesses and startups in the North East of England and throughout the United Kingdom.
SWOO was formed with one goal in mind; to provide professional design and development services. By professional we mean being attentive, suggestive, creative and pretty much awesome at what we do. We want to make sure your project screams value not expense, and our small, dynamic nature allows us to quickly change direction to make sure this happens - without any middle managers in the way.
