My experience as a college recruiter includes playing high school basketball at Bayside High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I went on to play college basketball at West Virginia State College. After college, I played professional basketball in Buenos Aires, Argentina in South America from 1986 to 1989.

Woods Recruiting started in August of 1989. At that time, my goal was to help high school athletes with finding the right college program.

The experience I’ve gained come for all the years I played basketball at every level. I also attended many summer camps for football and baseball showcases, AAU basketball events, J.O. events, and camps in volleyball. By attending these camps, I’ve met a huge number of college coaches which allowed me to build a network of college coaches from many sports.

My goal is to give information to high school student athletes and parents on the college recruiting process.

Woods Recruiting offers a complete recruiting service which means our job is to get high school student athletes maximum exposure to the college level scholarship opportunities. The Cleveland Ohio-based company works personally with many student athletes throughout the recruiting process.
