Dr. Jason H. Wong has been a Human Factors Scientist with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) since June, 2009. He received in Ph.D. in Human Factors and Applied Cognitive Psychology from George Mason University where he focused on visual attention and working memory. At NUWC, Jason applies cognitive theories to a variety of Human-Systems Integration projects including human factors analysis of complex systems, the development of cognitive models to simulate expert task performance, and the creation of training systems to aid in skill acquisition, all with the goal of improving warfighter capabilities.
Eyetracking methodology analysis of eye movement data.

Creation of effective training systems for sailors learning new skills.
