My task was to bring know-how on webbased applications development, analyse and help in refactoring of large in-house developed, webbased application for managing all types of company activities (invoicing, warehousing, transport, human resources etc.), train lead developer in modern design of webbased applications and build base of new Intranet having same functionality and lots of enhancements, for example synchronization with IKEA transport orders system, semi-automatic orders analysis and management, geo-location tracking. The client itself is large and one of the fastest growing transport and shipping company in Poland, main shipping services provider for IKEA Poland and Renault Truck Poland.
