The goal of the Broward Dade Monroe Lacrosse Association (BDMLAX) is to get girls playing lacrosse either on recreation or school teams at the elementary, middle and high school level in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. We offer development programs year round exclusively for girls in grades K-12, and at skills levels ranging from beginner to elite level play. While we participate in invitational tournaments, we are not a travel league.

To that end we pledge our support to help girls, parents, coaches, officials and school administrators to start instructional programs as well as recreational and school teams throughout the tri-county area. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

BDMLAX is a formally affiliated program with US Lacrosse as a Member Group and Recreational Youth League.
