My task was to create and build 2 new departments - Web Analytics and Digital Marketing - and turn Inetasia from a software developing and website building firm into a company that was able to offer turn key solutions to it's clients - Build | Market | Analyze.
I trained and build up a team of web analytics engineers to be able to offer implementations and consulting to clients around the Asia-Pac region. The tool of choice was WebTrends - Inetasia is the WebTrends distributor for 12 countires. The second team was trained to offer SEO & SEM services to Inetasia's clients - resulting in great results for Inetasia's clients in terms or high organic rankings, target traffic and conversions.
