-Created a custom database schema generation tool that generated databases in 3rd Normal Form using Visual C++ and ADOX. Successfully updated, maintained, and optimized existing code and acted as user support.
-Designed user interfaces using VBA, VB, and Visual C++ (using MFC).
Created a server side disk-monitoring tool using the Win32API that exported its results into the Excel file format.
-Designed, implemented, tested, and created a cross-platform integration tool using Excel VBA that interfaced with the Mars, Inc, Corporate Mainframe.

-Designed the Material Condition Assessment Ranking System (using MS Access, Visual Basic, Excel, and VBA) that automatically assessed the condition of hardware on each of the US Navy’s Pacific Fleet’s ships, including the USS Carrier KittyHawk, and the USS Carrier Kennedy. The system maintained a database of well over 100,000 items, from missile launchers to radar antennas, totalling assets well into the billions of dollars.
-Created a trouble-ticket reporting system using MS Outlook VBA, Microsoft Access, charting tools in MS Excel, and created document genration tools in MS Word. Wrote documentation for both developers and users.
-Served as on-site, on-base technical support. Saved USN’s Code 4Y23 millions of dollars by redesigning their systems into more efficient models. Cost of proposal before modification: $8 million. After modification: $20,000.

Drastically increased work efficiency by 4800% (read: 48x) by automating all reports into Excel. Cut paper costs by 800% by replacing the call center’s Quality Assurance Tool (called NICE™) with an Excel front-end.
Designed custom tools that boosted the call center’s defined measures of quality (DMOQ) from 70% to 100%. Created custom import tools that interfaced with AT&T’s real time call analysis tool called Lucent CentreVu Supervisor™.
