- Role : Ensure a budget (CAPEX, OPEX, and H/J), human resources and equipment Project by unit (Cor-Network, Radio, and Transmission). Elaborate a network operational plan.
A Principal role is to analyse the tools architecture used by every unit, draw and present a recommendations:
