COO at YuDeal
Asheville, North Carolina Area
I've been managing interactive media projects and companies since 1994. Since then, I've managed
> Diverse and distributed teams from 1 to 100 people, in house, across the US, and offshore/international
> Startups, a web development agency, and departments of multinational corporations.
> Project budgets into the multiple hundreds of thousands, program budgets into the millions.
> Technologies including Java (Websphere), Oracle, SAS, SMS, LAMP, Ruby on Rails, Ajax, Flash, Flex, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures, SEO, iPhone. I keep my hands in the technology, so that I can understand the details.
> Tough issues: impossible budgets & timelines, legal vulnerability, cash flow challenges, developer burnout, crisis team shift-work, key vendors declaring bankruptcy.
Let me know how I can help!
