Willy Lim is the founder of NetProfitQuest.

He was a Singapore Government Public Service Commission Scholar, graduated from National University of Singapore with a Masters Degree in Computer Science, and was working in the defense industry as a business consultant. Despite his high salary and excellent employment benefits, he aspired to be an entrepreneur and strike out on his own.

Shortly after the dot-com bust in 2001, he started his own direct marketing training business in the midst of a recession. He made a bold decision to break his bond, repaid the Singapore government S$30,000 in liquidated damages and committed to his business full-time.

He started his training business in Singapore and rapidly expanded to Malaysia in 2002. In 2003, Willy Lim ventured into Xiamen, FuJian Province of China, and has since trained more than 10,000 sales representatives for a New York Stock Exchange public listed company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.

Being a Certified Professional Trainer from the International Professional Managers Association UK, he has also designed the Cashflow Training based on Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow game to educate the public on the importance of financial literacy and building a passive income. His Cashflow Training was so well sought after in Singapore, Malaysia and China, that he was interviewed by the Malaysian press in June 2007.

With his 7 years experience as a professional direct marketer, he now assists small business owners, self-employed professionals and SMEs, to increase their net profits by leveraging on a social media driven "Net Profit Marketing" system, to attract new clients and to build a database of loyal customers, without incurring huge advertising expenses.
