Nevis Laboratories is the high-energy particle-physics research facility operated by Columbia University. My time here is split between physics analysis and software development for the various physics research groups at Nevis, and maintaining a cluster of Linux systems used for physics analysis.
In addition, I provide general software and hardware support for the Linux, Macintosh, and Windows systems scattered about the lab, maintain the network infrastructure, and am responsible for system security.
