I feel that the most valuable assets I can provide to my clients are my expert knowledge of Manhattan’s unique, ever-changing real estate market, plus sound, honest advice on the intricacies of buying and selling property in this great and diverse city. Much of my vital role in facilitating a successful real estate transaction is to continually educate people – not to mention constantly educating myself – on changing market conditions, pricing, and trends. Working frequently with investors; as well as being an active investor myself, I am also well versed on such topics as short sales, 1031 exchanges & purchasing in new construction, in addition to many ways of maximizing profits on one’s primary residence and/or investment property.

Clients appreciate my laid back approach when conducting business, yet also understand that I will always aggressively explore every available option to get a deal done right. My strong listening skills, responsiveness, and service throughout every step of the journey complement my patience and high tolerance for hard work.

Prior to entering real estate, I was a corporate sales manager for a large multi-national corporation. I hold a BA degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. What’s more, I’m a proud native New Yorker, who has actively bought and sold property all throughout Manhattan, and currently am a homeowner and resident on the Upper Westside.
