My name is William BORIES, I'm 23 years old and I'm passionate about computing and news technologies. I'm a student at SUPINFO Paris in third year, an IT engineering school but I'm lucky to fill the rest of my geeky life with activities brimming with interest and passion, mainly through Microsoft communities. I'm currently in internship at Microsoft in the Divison Plateform & Ecosystem. I'm part of the evangelist IT Pro team (http://msdn.microsoft.com/fr-fr/bb852034.aspx) and of the MTC (Microsoft Technology Center) team (http://msdn.microsoft.com / fr-fr/aboutmsdn/bb852080.aspx). I work with these 2 teams in an "evangelist" way on news Microsoft technology. I also participates in improving the infrastructure of MTC to provide new scenarios demonstration for customers.
I started as a MVS (Microsoft Valuable Student) 5 years ago and Ive been part of the MSP (Microsoft Student Partners) program since the beginning. I would have never imagined that this program would have helped me so greatly in sharing my passion and in meeting such interesting people, should they be MSP, MVP, Microsoftees, members of a UsersGroup, or just passionate of Microsoft technologies. I also participates in the Imagine Cup student competition (http://imaginecup.com).
I gained more, much experience in the computing press and had an opportunity to create my own magazine (System Addict http://systemaddict.tuxfamily.org/) in paper and write for several magazines (The Hackademy, Assembling Magazine, Programmez, etc.).
