I'm a tech geek turned social entrepreneur, passionate about things like measuring impact, breaking dumb systems, diversity within digital and supporting the Australian social economy.
Companies founded include Squareweave, a digital agency that helps change-makers do good tech; Grace Cafe, making fine coffee and kind food; Clarity.io, measuring and rewarding social impact; and The Fitzroy Academy of Getting Shit Done, teaching Australians to solve problems that don't exist yet.

ALL CAPS RECORDS is a deliberately obnoxious attempt to operate differently to the existing industry model. We partner with people like The Pirate Bay, Bandcamp and a slew of artists worldwide to release high quality bass-centric digital releases.

I re-imagined, wrote and lectured a new course for RMIT. I also wrote the end of year exam. The course covered front end dev, computer science basics, the philosophy of the net, thinking mobile and practical approaches to getting stuff done online.

The term ‘Minimum Viable Product’ is best thought of as “the smallest iteration of work you can do to validate your assumptions”. The product in MVP can be a misnomer as it’s not always a tactile object.

Thirst Studios hosted the Web session at Australia's celebration of digital culture, PauseFest, inviting some of Australia's leading design thinkers to respond to the question “How are we using the web to change the world for the better?”
Speakers offered examples and insights into how digital and design thinking can be used to solve society’s most prevalent and pressing issues, ultimately inspiring the digital community to use their skills for good.
