WILL BANTER is everything that is good about Social Media. He is the amicable, over-extended, over-caffeinated, bluetooth-enabled and eminently accessible Social Networker Extraordinaire. WIll is the linchpin of The Handshake Club™, a prominent Social Media and networking platform that, according to Will, “fosters social network building through the social networking efforts of social networkers.”

Will is a study in multi-tasking. Tethered to his laptop, he effortlessly blazes through an endless stream of e-mails. He is a world-class blogger. He enjoys the volley of dialog within his Facebook community. He’s never too far from his Tweetdeck (he can tweet in his sleep!). Then there’s the weekly podcast. Will is never too busy to help someone tweak their LinkedIn profile, make a quality introduction, or write a glowing recommendation. “I’m awestruck by this machinery,” explains Will, “It’s simple in its complexity, yet complex in its simplicity.” Constantly bouncing from one Social Media platform to another, he gets more stuff done before lunch than most of us can hope to get done in a week.

Will has a seemingly endless capacity for work. Amazingly, he has the bandwidth and the time for it all. That he is able to keep all his plates spinning with everything that is hurled at him is nothing short of miraculous. The guy always exceeds expectations and delivers the goods ahead of schedule ~ which begs the question: When does he sleep? “Hey, I just love to create buzz for people,” he states.

  Will also presents workshops and webinars entitled WILL 2.0, that focus on today's hot topics in Social Media. According to Will, "These highly educational programs are designed to educate."
