Wealth building has been the main focus of my career activities. I learned to use maximum leverage to acquire properties. I apply these experiences to my practice as a real estate broker to help people realize their dream of home ownership. Clients came to me with a financial goal in mind. I analyzed their current assets and helped them to leverage those assets to build a real estate portfolio of income producing properties. Other investors wanted help with acquisition, development, and resale of real estate. This is where I called upon my experience in the construction industry to help them find the right property, at the best price, and to renovate it for maximum profit. 
My success as an agent depended on networking and marketing abilities. I not only had to market the properties I had listed, but the buyers that I represented, and my brokerage as well. I had to find cost effective ways to get results. I organized multiple networking groups and launched an internet based marketing campaign with print and television advertising to maximize exposure.
