I have worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies, such as American Express, America Online, Apple, Borders and Intuit, and entrepreneurial ventures such as 2Market (joint venture between AOL and Apple) and eWorld (Apple Venture), AllBusiness.com (in it's earliest stages). My goal is to work with a strong and passionate workers(and intellectually curious team) that wants to build online and offline communities -- where individuals can get together and exchange information and help each other learn. I would like to work on developing the infrastructure and facilitating the communication among people for this endeavor.

Longer term, I would also like to do corporate coaching, integrating my experience in corporate America, studying different personality theories (Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, etc) and organizational behavior, and particpating in Six Sigma training and in Conflict Resolution.
