Originally from the Seattle area, I have 14 years of professional experience recruiting technical, technical sales and management positions.
For the past eight years, I have been living in Colorado, and recently moved back to my home turf in Seattle. After two years of running a successful HR Consulting/Recruitment Business, OpenSourced, in the Greater Denver Metro Area and Seattle, I have accepted a full-time, position as the Sr. Technical Recruiter for Neudesic's PacWest & Mountain Regions. I will be devoting my time to the start-up efforts for the PacWest location & recruitment for the Denver office. In Seattle, I completed a contract with Jobster and Devon James Associates, Inc.
As the Director, Technical Recruitment, with OpenSourced, I completed contracts at Aurora Loan Services/Lehman Brothers, Rivet Software & Quark. At Quark, I was the previous Recruiting Manager, seeking top talent across the US for R&D, Sales, Marketing, QA and Product Development. Additionally, I had completed another contract for the company in 2004 for national hiring efforts and held a 95% retention rate for those hired.
From 2000-2004, I joined KBkids.com as a Sr. Tech/Corp Recruiter and spent four years at KBtoys.com / eToys, rated by the Denver Business Journal in 2003 as one of the Best Places to work in Colorado. There, I was responsible for recruiting all levels of employees from call center to senior management, as well developing their recruitment process and procedures. Other Denver companies I have worked for include The Trizetto Group, Integro and ISYS Technologies.
Before moving to Denver, I worked on-site at Microsoft placing both contract and permanent roles with the company.
