Combining infrastructure, business, and organizational experience to find the right strategic approach
Greater Seattle Area
I am an MBA (2008) and MPOD graduate (2009) with several years of work in software and management consulting arenas. I have demonstrated leadership, team coordination, standard and process adherence, and problem solving. The combination of my MBA and Computer Science degrees and work experience allows me to bridge the gap between business and technology. The MPOD degree gives me the tools and experience to bring it all together through organizational development. My experience and education allow me to effectively drive and implement projects through solid decision making, incorporation of stakeholders at the right time and place, and follow through to ensure organizational evolution brings it all together.
Right now, I am working in Organizational Effectiveness. The role is still evolving so more details will come soon. Recently, I was with Moreland Partners as a consultant. There and with other consulting initiatives, I continue to focus on the following:
• Organizational change management and project management activities to ensure direction, fit, and results
• Strategic alignment of resources and capabilities to win in the market
• Sustainability initiatives to cultivate and develop improvement for people, planet, and profit
• Coaching individuals for career advancement, visioning, and leadership development
Prior to that, my next most recent work experience was with IBM Extreme Blue where I was able to employ both my business and organizational behavior education to lead my team and be Extreme.
I am seeking a leadership positions in the greater Seattle and Bellevue areas that will build on my experience and education and open to short term consulting opportunities.
Specialist in leveraging the technical, business, and people aspects to drive a project through CS, MBA, and MPOD degrees
