  I was in charge of 6 group homes and a group of 3 people living independently. All the people I worked were diagnosed with Mental Retardation. I was responsible for managing all their affairs, plus keeping the houses staffed. I was also responsible for time sheets. Basically I did everything once I was hired.
  
  It was short lived because I was asked to do things I did not agree with. There was corruption within the company and as hard as it was to leave the residents behind, I walked after only about 3 months.

  I was in charge of a case of 52 people. It was tough to manage at times, but was a great job. I loved working with the other employees, but most importantly with the individuals. The only negative thing was that I could only do so much. Everything had to go through the county and ultimately the state. It made it tough to make a difference.
  
  I left this job because I was offered another job and was looking to be more involved and less of a bystander.
