I write for the Web, DVDs, CD-ROMs, kiosks, and other computer-based platforms, as well as traditional videos and print. My specialty is instructional design and technical writing for e-Learning. I also write and edit standard operating procedures, instruction manuals, assessments, job aids, product summaries, and other informational and marketing materials. In addition, I develop and deliver stand-up training.
