Wesley W. Zimmerman is a sales and marketing professional with a lifelong career working with customers and salespeople all over the world, helping them to succeed in making their dreams come true while working with them as their peer, manager, leader, consultant, and mentor. At age 51 he became a business consultant and used his experience and insight to help client companies and their employees to reach their goals. Zimmerman's Zingers© was originally aimed at salespeople in Honeywell Information Systems. They were fun to read and filled with useful ideas; management at all levels asked for them. Zimmerman's Zingers© reached every level of the company worldwide. The Zingers continued as a subscription publication for my consulting clients and was joined by The Perception of a Difference Quarterly (PDQ).© Both were published for several years. I have also written many articles for various trade publications. I have learned a great deal from starting and operating two service businesses and working with the people in client businesses ranging in size from three to 175,000 team members.
