I'm the author of three novels and a slew of short stories and non-fiction articles that have appeared in comic books, professional writing guides, magazines and anthologies. I won the "Bram Stoker award for Superior Achievement in First Novel" in 2005 for Scarecrow Gods, which was just reprinted in mass paperback. I was also nominated for the Pushcart Prize in 2003 for my short fiction.
I live in Southern Arizona with my wife, Yvonne Navarro, and Great Danes, Pester Ghost Palm Eater and Goblin Monster Dog.
