BPM Consultant who is Passionate about Process Management : LION (OpenNetworker)
Adelaide Area, Australia
My passion and expertise is in Business Process Management (BPM), particularly the integration of organisation performance, strategy, process improvement and Information Technology.
In BPM roles I have lead projects to develop process management frameworks, undertake process improvement, develop process mapping techniques and educate communities of business analysts and managers on the value of process management.
I am a well rounded manager, having managed operational teams, virtual teams, project teams, and facilitating management development programs.
Before working on process I have lead and worked on a range of ICT projects from IT support, network management, Knowledge Management, applications development and software management.
My immediate career goal is to be in a mid-level management position, leading the application of Business Process Management techniques throughout the organisation and to contribute to the development of BPM as a commonly accepted management discipline.
I want to connect and share with Process People, feel free to send me an invite, craig@processexecutive.com.
