I have been providing trainings on stress management, parenting, child development, and balancing work/life issues for 20 years. In addition to one-hour seminars and webinars, I conduct longer workshops and have been a keynote speaker at many conferences. My background also includes work in advocacy, which has led to a long commitment to bettering the field of child care in Michigan and nationally. In recent years, I have added the application of humor and laughter into stress management and parenting. This is a wonderful blend of realities - and strategies - that reflect the needs of today's employees, managers, and families.
Speciality areas include: stress management; parent education; humor/laughter; change management; advocacy; parental involvement and engagement
