I am an entrepreneur by heart. I own two business ventures...Vision Quest Consulting and The Magic Parties™. Vision Quest Consulting focuses on developing corporate leadership talent. The Magic Parties provides programs, resources, and a community to help women find meaning and purpose to fulfill their life path and create their best life.

Founded in 1987, Vision Quest Consulting provides the ultimate in programs for executive leadership development for top executives and their management teams. Vision Quest Consulting develops high performance leadership through consulting, coaching, and advising executives and senior teams to leverage themselves as leaders increasing their impact, communications, and strategic relationships.

Wendy Capland and her firm Vision Quest Consulting are experts in developing leaders in organizations and have over 20 years of doing so with executives in corporations.

After spending 20 years in the corporate leadership development business, in 2006, I created The Magic Parties™ focusing on women supporting women through community. Our tag line is: Sisterhood. Spirit. And a little chocolate.™

Each woman makes a difference in the world in her own way. Many of us reach a point in life, where we look at our lives and wonder “Is this it?” We can't help but ask ourselves “Is this enough for me?”

Magic Parties is an online and in person community that offers women programs, resources, and a place where, together, we can figure out what’s next ...and your real life path can be born. Life paths can be spiritual, personal, or something of a career nature. But whatever the path is...it’s magical...Because together we are helping women live their best life! And of course, a little piece of chocolate makes it a bit more fun and magical!
