Consulted with Online Career Center founder to convert career bulletin board (BBS/Compuserve) to Gopher and WWW in 1994. Upon graduation from Purdue with Computer Science BS, started full-time with OCC in May 1997. Quickly staffed up the entire technology division of OCC, including development, operations, help-desk, IT, CRM, creative, and web services teams. After OCC merger with Monster Board in 1999, moved to Boston to manage the Web Services team of the newly renamed Monster.com site. Web Services was responsible for private labels, alliances (AOL/MSN), adserver (NetGravity/DoubleClick), and web log analysis (I/PRO,WebTrends,NetGenesis).
