Wee Kek is currently an Instructor and PhD Candidate with the Department of Information Systems, School of Computing, National University of Singapore. He graduated with a Bachelor of Computing in Information Systems (1st Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore in July 2007. Prior to this, he attended Singapore Polytechnic and graduated with a Diploma in Computer Information Systems, with Merit, in July 2001.
His current research interests focus on the interaction between social computing, ubiquitous/pervasive computing and e-service economy in the era of Web 2.0/3.0.
His work has been published or is forthcoming in top-tier conferences such as ACM SIGMIS International Conference on Computer Personnel Research (SIGMIS-CPR) and IFIP Working Group 8.2 Working Conference (IFIP WG8.2).
