I was asked back the second time having excelled in my tasks in the first go-round. This time as a web-producer I came in and quickly learned their CMS (RedDot) interface. I then took the initiative to discover and then enable the rest of the staff to use RedDot to search their archives using ISBNs. This is a publishing company that had been using RedDot for 9 months prior to my arrival without that functionality!
