Computer Support Specialist
Waterloo, Iowa Area
I've had almost ten years of experience providing technical support for various software and platforms. Most recently, I've been working as a a support center team lead. I've really learned a lot about support center technologies (incident tracking, quality of service, knowledge management, ACD phone systems, etc) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). I'm always excited to be learning new things and working on challenging projects.
I want to continue learning about new software and systems while simultanesously having the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Information Technology organization.

On top of providing front-line support for the University of Iowa community, I also managed a team of three Help Desk consultants who did the same. Add in project work and teams and committees and I was one busy person!
