The business has grown from a local Southern California recruiting firm to a
nationwide business working with some of the leading A-List manufacturers and distributors. We proudly work with members of NAED & NEMA.

My firm operates with the highest degrees of integrity and confidentiality. This is paramount in the recruiting and staffing industry. Since I own my firm, I have control as to how we operate. We only work with clients and candidates who subscribe to the same code of ethics.

My goal is to maintain and grow ECS in our industry. Creating a brand name over time is also an attainable goal.
