I have extensive experience in litigating and trying personal injury and wrongful death cases but primarily what I focus on now is representing consumers against abusive debt collectors and against credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, etc.). I also have a great interest in marketing - learning the most effective ways to market and taking action on what I learn.

I am also involved in bringing about the relaunch of Summerclerk.com which is a wonderful company and site focused on making it easier for the law students and law firms to find the right match for summer clerking positions. Having gone through that process on both sides (student and employer) I know how frustrating it can be and we are redesigning this site to make it a better experience for both students and law firms.
