I provide a highly specialized Customized Coaching™ resource for leaders in transition. Specifically, I serve leaders who are preparing to achieve higher performance levels in a new role through greater self awareness and emotional intelligence.
Senior executives and high potential leaders from diverse industries and organizations have been re-energized through this simple, yet potent focus on developing vocational clarity and confidence.
My coaching practice essentially consists of this ten - twelve week customized process. It helps leaders re-connect to their innate design (key strengths, motivation, values and passion) and establishes a clear direction for the leader's career choices. It calls out the leader's courage and commitment to follow that path.
Through customized coaching and this proven leadership program, many re-energized participants are finding new enthusiasm for life and work!
I support leaders in reclaiming their most authentic self and the unique vocation for which they are designed. Through a proven transformation process leaders move from confusion to clarity and confidence while preparing for role transitions... toward:

Coaching resource for Eastern Mennonite Mission's Network of North American partners
Provide coaching and administrative support to staff who are making a role or job transition...as well as those who want to develop greater alignment between their daily activities and their vocational calling.
Contracted to offer staff support to several large development agencies in Haiti during the aftermath of the 2010 earthquake; received positive reviews from every executed contract. Multiple additional visits on behalf of several smaller non-governmental agencies. often also advising executive leadership regarding staff care.
Supported church leaders in creating vision and innovating their current programs. Coached leaders who were experiencing the challenges of organizational and personal change. Facilitated a new platform/initiative for the conference that enabled member congregations to be more directly involved with the part of the world they were called to touch.
