The Danish IT weekly Computerworld (www.computerworld.dk) has for several years in a row selected me to the top10 of influential people within the Danish IT industry. As such I seek to provide foreign clients and business partners with access to my pretty extensive local network of people and businesses.
I am mentioned in the Legal500 guide (http://www.legal500.com/lfe/frames/dk_fr.htm) as a "highly recommended" lawyer in Denmark within IT and eCommerce.
As senior partner in Bender von Haller Dragsted I assist clients in matters dealing with IT- and web contracts, Internet law, corporate law, open source, Internet security, Wi-Fi.
Furthermore, I spend a lot of my professional time on helping companies on legal and commercial issues with respect to fundraising both through private placements and IPOs and on M&A.

Giritech's revolutionary EMCADS™ solution is an enabling technology that represents a quantum leap forward in secure mobility. This is not another VPN. Or a web-based portal package. Or a password and authentication solution. Or a remote access/connectivity application. EMCADS™ covers all these functions - plus a whole lot more.

The truth told, ISOC-DK has never been a very active and vibrant organisation not due to lack of interst but due to lack of time among its board members.
