3E is the latest business formed under the V Creative umbrella. The purpose is to support individuals and
organizations in pattern reformation. Products include Workshops, Ensembles, and Retreats. The
Ensemble curriculum facilitates groups of 8 to 15 in developing the cohesion necessary to function on
behalf of an initiative or organization. 3E Ensembles are founded on the significance of working in three
critical areas to achieve group excellence; individual, relational and service to a purpose. In 2007, the first
Ensemble was formed to advocate for the Northland Bioneers Conference. This launch was so influential
in the event’s success that the 2008 Northland Bioneers Conference will be produced by a 3E Ensemble
under V Creative’s advisement. The Ensemble design is also used to assist organizations in operating for
‘Real Benefit’. See more about this at http://your3e.com/3efororganizations.html.
