Our web based application V-Vision allows all paper, CD-ROM, web, XML and EDI invoices to be processed timely and automatically detects billing errors and flags them for review by telecom or financial analysts. The application also provides an up to date accurate inventory of all services so that no payments are made for former employees or closed locations.
All invoices are audited and inventoried and reports can be automatically e-mailed to CIO’s, CFO’s, VP’s, Directors, Managers or Analysts on any broad or granular metric relating to spend or inventory. Vocio’s track record has been to lower telecom and wireless spend on average 20% or more within 90 days.
