Over the period of two and half years at Patni Computers I graduated from a Software Trainee to a Senior Software Engineer. I was primarily assigned to the Business Intelligence unit which in turn served many other verticals. The verticals where I got an opportunity to execute projects were Corporate MIS, Manufacturing and Media. As part of the Data Warehouse implementation for a Automation company I had an opportunity to be the Onsite lead for the ETL module. During my tenure at Patni Computers I was consistently ranked Above Average. I have also undergone a 1 week course for Six Sigma certification however I could not get the certificate inspite of completing the project due to change in departments and reporting structure. I was the only employee in my batch to have a direct interaction with the client on my first project without an onsite lead for the entire project duration. My performance could be judged from the fact that after more than a year after delivering the first module the client specifically asked me to rejoin the project.
