The bank contribute to the financement of the budget of AIESEC INT.
Société Générale wanted to hire more people from French suburbs.
They hired a Romanian intern selected by Aiesec to manage the project.
We were a group of 5 people who worked with the intern and sometimes with the director of Société Générale Evry.
We create a game in order to select people for an internship to Société Générale. This game was based on a commercial negotiation. The students had to sale a product to another team.
This experience was successful. Students from suburb enjoyed it and Société Générale hired two interns.
