  My mission is to define IT strategy aligns with the key objectives and business transformations of the group by imagining, designing, deploying and operating a first class infrastructure for the whole group.
  To achieve these goal, I'm managing a team of 85 collaborators and contractors in France and about 50 other IT experts based in US, Japan, Germany, India.
  
  One of the key project was to deploy a consistent corporate IT model to converge to a secured and manageable infrastructure at the group level. This project includes a massive consolidation of IT experts and resources around 3 major datacenters (one per region) to allow the company to continue to grow as expected at the right const. These 30M€+ budget project over 3 years includes 28 sub projects (WAN migration, new collaboration strategy, innovative security policy and much more).
