Job experiences in a number of industries in the US and abroad--start-ups, tech giants, universities and broadcast media--give me a unique viewpoint regarding how a company can most effectively interact with its customers today. Things I bring to the team: sound UX perspectives, effective methods of educating a client and creating 'community' around a product's users, prudent marketing methodology, effective program management and--ultimately--an impact on your bottom-line.
