Military service at the Singapore Armed Forces. My basic training lasted from Jun 2002 to Aug 2002. I was posted to the SAF Wargame Centre from Aug 2002 to Oct 2004.

My main responsibility was the training of SAF reservists to use the SIMLAB system, which is a constructive wargaming system that helps to facilitate HQ command and staff training.
As a SIMLAB help desk assistant, I was in charge of troubleshooting problems encountered on the SIMLAB system during each military exercise. I also had to assist the systems administrator in the maintenance of over 100 computers to ensure that the network cables, telephone lines and Solaris computers were in good working condition.
I was the webmaster of my unit and was responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the SAF Wargame Centre web site.

Assisted in the development of SingTel.com's customer service module. Key areas include the “FAQs”, “How To” questions, online application forms and email recipient management.
Developed the Transcend HTML Editor for the SingTel.com Content Management System, which allows non-technical users to format their text with text formatting options like bold, italics, underline, images, URLs etc.
Developed the banner advertising management system for SingTel.com Red Rewards.
Enhanced the look and feel of the SingTel eSales and SingTel eMarketing content management systems.
