Vince Golangco’s Summary

Vince Golangco is currently the co-producer and host of the first online travel / lifestyle video blog from the Philippines - www.WhenInManila.com. The site is scheduled to launch in August of 2009.

Currently I am also working as a freelancer for multiple practices:

I am a contributing writer for publications such as Rogue, Playboy, Filipinas Magazine, Good News Pilipinas and also writing for several blogs including www.ManilaYoungProfessionals.blogspot.com, www.MotivatedMonkey.com, www.VinceGolangco.com and others.

I am also freelancing as an events host, voice talent, PR writer, corporate team-building facilitator, as a online social network marketing consultant and as an English teacher at Berlitz Language School

My past professional experiences range widely from being in the U.S. Navy, to working as a copywriter for an advertising agency. I've worked in Human Resources for the Veteran Affairs Hospital, as a Senior Media Planner for Bright Box Media, as a Marketing Assistant for The Make-A-Wish Foundation and many more.

Furthermore, I have had several leadership positions where I had to lead and work with teams towards success. I thrive working alone as well as with others. I have successful experiences working in small teams and have led organizations with over a hundred members.

Today, I am blissfully lost somewhere in Asia. Other than working on a book, I am also in search of my next big adventure, my next crazy story and the best beer in the world!
