As an entrepreneur, I founded konciergeMD with one audacious goal: to harness the power of modern web and mobile technology to improve the doctor-patient relationship. We recruited a hyper-polyglot team that wrote beautiful and highly scalable software and we were fortunate to have raised financing from highly accomplished entrepreneurs, technologists, and healthcare operators. We successfully sold konciergeMD to Accolade, Inc in April 2014.

As a VC, I ran GIV Ventures with Bill Melton. We invested in enterprise software, payments, and digital media companies. I worked closely with Cvent, e4e, TraceGains, Pipeline Trading Systems, and Tarang Technologies.

As an operator, I worked at SAP AG in their Corporate Development group. I contributed towards the launch of SAP’s reseller program and its cloud-based offering tailored for the SME segment. I executed M&A/minority investments and had global responsibility for the Hewlett Packard relationship.

Specialties: My passion is in crafting and executing innovative and highly lucrative business models in unmet markets/industries. I thrive around scrappy entrepreneurs and I have a strong bias for upending stodgy industries.
