Image Segmentation to quantify Cardiovascular flow
- Post processing images to measure cardiovascular flow and velocity. Created a GUI using MATLAB to load and analyze short axis view DICOM images. Image Segmentation methods to identify the aorta across different frames to help quantifying average and peak velocity of blood flow, quantify 3D blood flow.
- Vorticity Analysis on blood flow in the left ventricle and aorta using Q flow software. Assisted a PhD student.
