Manager of Twin Falls Idaho Pacific Supply (Pacific Coast Building Products)
Boise, Idaho Area
I have recently accepted a position as manager of Pacific Supply in Twin Falls. I am very excited about this opportunity to be able to manage a store for the long term. About a year ago I returned from a great International opportunity in Southern England where I was in a select Graduate program alongside 32 Europeans receiving training on doing business internationally. Six months into the program I was given the opportunity to manage a store and was able to turn a poor performing store into one that met sales targets and increased profitability by 4% in just six months.
I have been able to live overseas several times, the first serving in Cochabamba, Bolivia as a volunteer church missionary for two years. The second was while performing an internship in Mexico for the Idaho Mexico Trade Office, and most recently as an International Management Trainee for a year in England.
I plan on obtaining my MBA from Idaho State University while I am managing in Twin Falls. I plan on being with this company for a long time as I have been impressed by everything I have seen so far. Sometime in the future I will be looking for opportunities to do work Internationally or with US companies working with companies overseas.
