How's the market: Very strong in the under $350K price range with a lack of listings for most areas. Up to $600K it is a Balanced Market. And a strong Buyer’s Market in the higher up in price you go.
A message to Buyer's buying a personal property, Second/Third home buyers and Vacation home buyers: Fall '09 and early '10 is the best time to buy.
We hit the bottom last February in lower end homes and now they are slowly coming up in price. Not enough to make a difference in the upward sales figures. - - - - Now is the time to seriously look at the upper end market.
A word to the Seller's: Equity sellers are a rare breed these days and we work in your best interest to beat the odds in obtaining the highest net for your property despite the foreclosures and short sales in your area . . . .
