Since 1990 I have been a Public Affairs Officer in the reserve and on active duty. During my 23-year career I have been actively involved in several major military public affairs activities throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. I have been a spokesman for New England during Operation Desert Storm, I headed up the reserve public affairs support for the historic sailing of the USS Constitution in 1997 (the US Navy received a PRSA Silver Anvil Award for this event), and I have earned more than ten medals for personal achievements.
