Before accepting the Director of Staffing position at Tabula, Inc. I was with SanDisk Corporation.

Matrix Semiconductor was acquired by Sandisk Corporation and I had moved over to Sandisk as a Staff Technical Recruiter. Before this acquisition, I was the Recruiting Manager at Matrix Semiconductor Inc. for 4.5 years. In this role, I developed a trusting work relationship with all Engineering Managers as well as the Executive Staff. I also created aggressive staffing strategies for hard to fill technical positions (personal network, research lists, cold calling into companies, etc…). I was soley responsible for the entire immigration process i.e. H1-B sponsors/transfers, J1's, Permanent Resident Sponsorships, etc... We grew Matrix from 50 employees to 120 employees, 90% engineering roles, before to the acquisition by SanDisk. Prior to joining Matrix, I have recruited for Palm Inc., Sony Electronics, and Navarro & Associates.
