publishing, writing, books, photography, aircraft, warbirds, aerial gunnery and gun turrets, rare and out-of-print books, air racing, antique pinball machines. Author or co-author of 25 books on aviation (both commercial and military), military history, air racing, the history of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, and the government’s aircraft disposal policy, and two books on local history including the cities of San Carlos and Redwood City, Calif. Also served as lead scriptwriter for Vision Entertainment’s Scrapping Aircraft Giants, a 2005 TV documentary for the Discovery Channel.
